具有異向生長的鈦酸鋁陶瓷粉_備及其凝膠注模方法探究

摘 要
鈦酸鋁陶瓷是一種低膨脹、耐高溫新型陶瓷材料。本文采用機(jī)械激活法,制備具有異向生長的鈦酸鋁陶瓷粉體。同時對其凝膠注模工藝進(jìn)行探究,旨在獲得適合鈦酸鋁陶瓷粉體注模工藝的配比并最終制備出不易分解,微裂紋少的鈦酸鋁織構(gòu)陶瓷。研究結(jié)果表明以銳鈦礦型TiO2為原料制備Al2TiO5粉體純度較高,明膠體系注模較丙烯酸體系注模更為簡易。

Aluminum titanate ceramic is a kind of low-e*pansion, high temperature new ceramic materials.
