摘要 網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)是推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素，對(duì)人們的生活、工作和思維方式產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。同時(shí)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的普及，也為中國共產(chǎn)黨的工作建設(shè)以及共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇，拓寬了黨的建設(shè)以及發(fā)展的空間，形成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)建黨的新思路。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)建黨的新思路的提出，是對(duì)我國黨的傳統(tǒng)建設(shè)思路的延伸和對(duì)黨性的進(jìn)一步傳遞，為網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)建黨提供了新的思路和新的方法，尤其是體現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)建黨工作中的方式、領(lǐng)域以及模式在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)中所占的地位，為了共產(chǎn)黨自身的發(fā)展以及使命：帶領(lǐng)國家，提升國民的幸福感，提升黨在民眾中的地位以及完善黨的理論和實(shí)踐。其中，黨的建設(shè)過程中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新主要體現(xiàn)在黨組織設(shè)置的形式以及黨組織的活動(dòng)方式上面，在這兩方面的基礎(chǔ)上，努力地探究黨建理論研究以及黨員管理培養(yǎng)，努力整合一切可以整合的資源。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)致使網(wǎng)絡(luò)建黨也是我黨將來發(fā)展工作的重點(diǎn)，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中鞏固馬克思主義主流思潮地位，努力提升黨性在民眾中的影響力、凝聚力以及戰(zhàn)斗力。本論文主要是圍繞著網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建的相關(guān)理論，發(fā)展面臨的問題和解決對(duì)策三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。
首先，回顧相關(guān)學(xué)者對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建這一名詞的內(nèi)涵的解釋，根據(jù)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建黨的基本認(rèn)識(shí)，樹立網(wǎng)絡(luò)建黨的框架模式，概括出網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建工作的思想內(nèi)涵。網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建就是根據(jù)黨的特殊性，尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建工作的信息傳播方式方面的創(chuàng)新，覆蓋性地構(gòu)建黨建的運(yùn)行方式和黨的工作重心以及黨的理論研究等方面，以此拓寬黨建工作的新天地。
其次，梳理當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建工作還存在的不足，主要包括對(duì)黨建工作的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不到位、黨員干部獲取信息仍然依靠文件、報(bào)紙、電視和雜志，跟不上網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建的發(fā)展平臺(tái)不完善、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)支持下的黨建運(yùn)行機(jī)制缺乏有效的管理。
最后，提出加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建的對(duì)策。借鑒西方政黨網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)建黨、構(gòu)建完善的黨建人才管理機(jī)構(gòu)、進(jìn)一步加深網(wǎng)絡(luò)建黨的理論知識(shí)的傳遞和認(rèn)知、完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)黨建工作_機(jī)制、建立業(yè)務(wù)考核體系。

AbstractNetwork technologies have always been deeply influencing and changing peoples work,life and thinking method. Providing the party building with modernized methods and newchannels and e*panding the space of party building development, the popularity of the Internethas prompted the emergence of the network party building. Network party building is atheoretical and practical activity that a party e*pands as well as e*tends the fields, methodsand information spreading of traditional party building through the Internet, leading the nationand society as well as increasing its vitality and vigor to fulfill the national mission. The last, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the partyconstruction of network. It mainly involves the following aspects: to strengthen platformconstruction of network; to deepen the network party construction theory and the theoryresource e*ploitation; to improve the operating system of the party construction of networkmechanism; to establish business assessment system.
