　　good morning, ladies and gentlemen! i am from yanqing no. 1 high school. today i’m very glad to be here to share with you some of my thoughts on green olympics.

changes have taken place in beijing: dozens of overpasses appearing, new gyms and stadiums being under construction, and many streets taking on a new look with more trees and grass on both sides. we can say that much work has been done to provide good conditions for the 2008 olympic games. we are trying our best to make beijing cleaner, greener and more beautiful.
　　but before that big day comes, we still have many things to do. for e*ample, pollution controls, water protection, cultural improvement, people’s behavior, security and anti-terrorism drills. as a high school student, i think we should start by doing what we can in order to make the games a big success.
